Hebnes vineyard

Place to eat
Close to the fjord gap in the hamlet of Hebnes you will find the Hebnes vineyard. Here you can get a tour of the vineyard and taste wines with names such as Tor and Lars.

The first wine yard in Rogaland

Farmers Toyni Tobekk and Arild Hebnes made a big choice in 2021 - they went from keeping pigs to investing fully in their dream of creating a vineyard! In the spring of 2021, the first grape plants were seen in the ground and in 2022 the first guests could come to the farm to taste the great wines that have been grown at the junction between Vindafjorden, Sandsfjorden, Jelsafjorden and Nedstandsfjorden. With this, they also became the first vineyard in Rogaland!

Farm visits with wine tasting

Hebne's vineyard with Toyni and Arild invites individuals and groups for a tour throughout the year. The whole trip takes around 1.5 hours where you take a walk among the grapes before going up to the production room. Here you get an introduction to how the grapes are turned into noble drops, and of course there will be room to taste the farm's own wines combined with other good, local products. In the summer season, they have fixed days open for individuals, while groups can get in touch to arrange a time for a visit. On selected days, they also offer sightseeing combined with a fjord cruise with Rødne from Stavanger and Tau.
