At the Hanakamneset Gard they focus on free range pigs that they preserve into exciting, tasty flavors. One of their best sellers is their chorizo sausage!

Hanakamneset Gard is located just north of Sand with a beautiful view of the salmon river Suldalslågen. Here, Rolf Henrik and Åse Marit is keeping sheep, goats, bigs and cows, where they focus on the animals staying outside for large periods of the year, to use all of the animal in the food production and to create new and exciting flavors. Their products from pig range from different cuts of meat to chorizo sausage and bratwurst.

Hanakamneset farm is always thinking new with exiting plans and ideas. More recently, they started to use a new baking house at the farm that they use for baking and smaller gatherings.
