Breiastøldalen Cross Country Ski Area

Breiastøldalen is located past the Gullingen Mountain Lodge and their Downhill Ski area. Here you find a range of parking spaces along the road, although it can get a bit busy during the peak season.

From the entry point to Breiastøldalen ski area you find a range of ski opportunities. You can try out the road towards Sandsaosen which gives you a journey of 10 km (category green) or in Langeli along the mountain edge, which is normally good on more windy days (category blue). The more experienced skier can try out the round tour over Reinsheia of a total of 13 km (category red). The tour is mostly in snow covered mountain landscape where you at times can feel like you are on top of the world with only the snowand the sky above you. The trail links with the Skuteheia Ski Trailof 8 km (category red).

Not too far away from the entry point to Breiastøldalen is a cozy Children Snow Play Area with different fun structures in the snow for the children to try out ski jumping and other activities.

End the day in the snow with a meal at Gullingen Mountain Lodge.
