Suldalsosen trail map

Hiking

You can find Suldalsosen along Rv 13 at Suldalsvatnet, about 20 km from the municipal center Sand. The flat valley floor is surrounded by forests and high mountains, with Vinjanuten as the highest at 1105 meters above sea level. Suldalsosen has hikes for every taste, along the western country's wateriest river and one of the deepest lakes in Norway, up mountain peaks, and in sweeping terrain.

Turkartet kan du laste ned here. You can also get the map at Suldal tourist information and selected shops.

Well organised: Several routes on the tour map are well organised. Tour 6A goes on a gravel, wide path. Here you have to count on some increase. For parts of the year, the starting point for the trip is covered by a river. Tour 4 goes on a wide, asphalted road.
