Hiking Demanding

The summit tour to Natlandsnuten offers a panoramic view of mountains and fjords, and is nice in summer as well as winter.

The tour starts at the car park at Hedlebrekk, before going down the tractor road that ends above Vassvikane. Here you turn left towards the dirt road, which you follow for a few hundred meters before continuing towards Frøkjedalsvatnet. After you have rounded the lake, the climb starts towards the top. The reward is a great view!

The trip can also be taken in the winter on twig trails from Hedlebrekk or Mosvatnet. The trip is marked on the ski map at Gullingen Turistsenter.

Facts about the trip:

Time: 4–5 hours

Distance: 10 km

Category: Demanding (red)

Highest point: 964 m

Access: From Rv13 where you turn off towards Gullingen. You drive towards Hedlebrekk after the climb up the mountain.
