Suldal has a lot of exciting architecture. Geir Grung designed private houses as well as the power station on Nesflaten, and Arnstein Arneberg designed the residence in Sand that now houses the Tourist Information Office. Along the National Tourist Route Ryfylke are other architectural highlights including the waiting room at
the Ropeid ferry quay, the rest stop by the Lovrafjord and Høsebrua bridge at Sandfossen falls. The hydropower dams at Blåsjø reservoir are also examples of groundbreaking architecture. Older architectural monuments include the Guggedalsloft.
